Soot Pump - True Spot®

The original soot pump True Spot® from Bacharach® for measuring soot in the flue gas of oil burners. Determination of the soot number according to DIN 51-402.

• Measurement of the soot number of a combustion process
• Extraction of the exhaust gas via a filter paper, on the surface of which a so-called soot stain is formed.
• With the aid of the comparison scale, the soot spot is evaluated, and the so-called soot number is determined as a result.

In addition to the soot pump, the set also includes the comparison scale, soot filter sheets and a lubricant.
