The factory overhauled IM 1440F flue gas analyzer is the ideal measuring instrument for measuring emissions on industrial trucks. The measuring instrument has been overhauled (new oxygen sensor, calibration, warranty) and is therefore a reliable tool for CO measurement on gas forklifts as well as for soot number measurement on diesel forklifts.

Exhaust gas measurement according to TRGS554 and DUGV79

The reconditioned IM 1440F flue gas analyzer measures the CO content of gas- or liquefied petroleum gas-powered forklifts in accordance with BGV D34 and the soot / blackening number of diesel forklifts in accordance with TRGS554.

The measuring instrument has been overhauled (new oxygen sensor, calibration, warranty) and is therefore a reliable tool to carry out the above-mentioned exhaust gas measurements.

The pressure inside the particulate filter can also be measured.

The measurements of the exhaust gas temperature, the oxygen content and the LAMBDA value also help with engine diagnostics as well as with the adjustment.

Optionally, the measuring device can be equipped with sensors for nitrogen oxide measurement NOx, for the measurement of unburned hydrocarbons HC, for speed measurement and oil temperature measurement.
