Additionally, the spacious protective case accommodates the CD100A gas leak detector (used for detecting flammable gases), a soot pump, and the IM 900 densitometer (for determining soot levels).

The IM 1120F connects via Bluetooth to the smartphone/tablet on which the IMsMart app is installed. The app not only controls the device and displays the measurement values but also stores customer and measurement data, creates the test certificate, and sends it to the customer, making it ideal for the legal inspection of forklifts according to DGUV110-010.

The IMsMart app guides the user step by step through the measurement process and the creation of the test report according to DGUV110-010 and TRGS 554. TRGS 554 includes regulations for the risk assessment of diesel engines, which are evaluated based on the soot number. The soot number can be determined with the IM 900 densitometer and a soot pump. The IM 900 densitometer is connected to the IMsMart app, which stores the measurement values and creates test certificates according to TRGS 554.
