The PCA400® is a fully equipped and robust flue gas analyzer of the new generation with innovative features for precise measurement on combustion plants (oil, gas, wood, bio)

• Flue gas measurement, pressure measurement, differential pressure measurement, temperature measurement (ambient, difference), leak testing, losses mean value measurement
• O2 sensor with a service life of 7 years (warranty 5 years)
• Pre-calibrated B-Smart™ sensors can be replaced by the user himself on site
• Maximum 3 toxic sensors: CO, CO-high, NO, NO2, SO2
• CO sensor is H2 (hydrogen) compensated with a measuring range of 10,000 ppm
• NO measurement in the low range with one decimal place
• Optional Viton hoses for precise NOx & SO2 measurement
• Optional gas treatment for precise NOx & SO2 measurement, which is attached directly to the probe handle

The next generation of a flue gas analyzer

The PCA 400® is equipped with an oxygen sensor that has a lifespan of up to 7 years, with the sensor's warranty being 5 years. Another highlight of the device is a free app for the smartphone or tablet. With this app, not only the measured values can be displayed, but also the device can be operated. In addition, measurement reports can be created directly in the app and sent to the customer as a PDF document.
