IM Environmental Equipment Germany GmbH was founded in 1998 and at that time mainly had compact flue gas analyzers in its product range. Flue gas analyzers are used by heating engineers or heating technicians for emission measurement at small combustion plants.

Today, in addition to the compact flue gas analyzers, small, handy flue gas analyzers are also available for residential as well as industrial applications (glass industry, process industry, power generators).

Exhaust gas analyzers for emission measurement on industrial trucks or forklifts, such as the IM 1100F and the IM 1440F, have also been part of the product range for years. With these exhaust gas analyzers, the exhaust gas measurement or blackening number measurement on diesel forklifts according to TRGS554 and the CO measurement on gas forklifts according to DGUV79 (formerly BGV D34) can be performed.

As an agent of Bacharach Inc., USA, we also offer all Bacharach flue gas analysers such as the Fyrite Intech, Fyrite Insight Plus as well as the new PCA400. Also the Fyrite Classic (shaker bottle) still has its justification.

Leak detectors round off the product range. A distinction must be made between two variants. On the one hand there are leak detectors for combustible gases and on the other hand there are leak detectors for refrigerants.

Gas leak detectors for combustible gases can be used not only for gas leak detection on gas lines, but also for gas testing (GAP) on automobiles that are converted from gasoline to gas (LPG / natural gas / CNG).

The product range includes leak detectors for refrigerants, e.g. conventional and new halogenated refrigerants (CFC, HFC, HCFC) as well as ammonia NH3, carbon dioxide CO2 (R744) and propane (R290).

The refrigerant detectors and leak detectors are high quality products manufactured by Bacharach, Inc. or formerly Murco (Ireland) who have been a household name in the refrigerant detection industry for many years.

In addition to point detectors, such as the MGD systems and the new MGS-400 series, extraction systems such as the HGM-MZ and AGM-MZ are also offered, which have a detection threshold of 1ppm. Especially in supermarket applications, such low detection thresholds can lead to savings as the leakage is detected faster than with conventional detectors.

Also for hotel rooms or office buildings, a refrigerant detector can be offered with the MVR-300, which communicates with the building management software via Modbus.
